They do have all the linkage. N i dont think they fold.

Been doing the math on these seats, I can do 450.00 for them since they new covers and new foam. What do you think, I live in houston so it will be an easy sell for both of us.

If your seats don't fold check to see if they have bolts in the hinge & bolt stops on the back of the seat, if they do they might just be seized or the bolts too tight. I bought mine as non folding, loosened the bolts& now their folding:c2:
