"Roadstered" doors....
1 Attachment(s)
Thumbed thru a late copy of Street Trucks at WallyWorld, today. No Limit Engineering has a C-10 that is on the cover, w/o logos. Inside the rag, there is an article on it. It shows the doors with the upper part attached to the cab, and the doors that open w/o the upper part. It's a cool look.
A couple of weeks ago, someone posted a thread and essentially asked how to do it, if it could be done. I replied but didn't think it thru until the other day. Then, this mag comes out with pix of what it looks like...and it is sharp. When you look at the door, you can see the small gap between the top of the door at the beltline and the window frame above it. That top is also chopped 2-inches. |

That does look pretty sick

Re: "Roadstered" doors....
Does that truck have door glass? It looks like there's no seal for glass.

Re: "Roadstered" doors....
I was JUST reading this at Barnes and Noble this morning, lol.
That truck does damage on the road course. I was highly disappointed in the article titled "New Suspension Tricks For Older Trucks." |

Re: "Roadstered" doors....
My only question after reading the article about that truck (and this shouldn't come across as bad-mouthing) is with as much body work that was done, why wouldn't they weld in the front roll pan?
Maybe they wanted to easily swap it out in the event of auto-cross damage? |
Re: "Roadstered" doors....
I believe i was asking the question about the doors.looks like i got to go and find that mag.thats 1 cool looking truck

Re: "Roadstered" doors....
That sure does look nice, but I think you would have to roll your window down a bit before you opened the door or the glass could break?

Cool truck and defiantly neat that it has wide 5 wheels.
