Iron LS 6.0 Engine

SOLD!!!!!!!!!

Ok guys, as usual, like many of us do...I've changed my mind yet once again. I'd figure I better try this now before installing the motor and putting miles on it. So, here it is...brand, spanking new and still in the crate. I know money is tight on alot of us and if I can't sell it, I'll just roll with it for now. I want to get an LS7. I'll try and describe this the best I can and not leave anything out. If so, PM or call me with any questions. I have a brand new LS 6.0 iron block built by Texas Speed & Performance (wrapped and still in the crate). I've attached the specs of the engine. Also, you get the L92 ported heads with Ferrea Valves and Comp Cam double springs, GM conversion oil pan, water pump, front and top covers only(I'm keeping the rear cover since it will fit an LS7.) Basically, this is an unassembled long block. I've attached a few pics. I don't want to split this up, because I don't want to be left with any items if something doesn't sell. I will only split if the major items sell like the motor and heads first. This is pretty much everything you need with the exception of an intake and accessories drive. Shipping will be buyers expense.

Re: LS 6.0 Iron Block

Guys, I see I have over 100 views on this. So, I figure somebody wants this. Please consider this is an all new, unassembled, whole motor, even though my title says "shortblock". All, you need is an , ECU, intake and accessories drive. I'll even throw in my reworked wiring harness by Jon at Speartech. It is a factory GM harness set up to run a T56 tranny. If you're not going to run a T56, which many truck guys don't, then you can send it back to Jon @ Speartech to be reworked for whatever tranny you want to run.

How many cc's are the chambers on the heads (or what compression ratio where you building this engine for)? Any details on the porting/work that was done to them?

They were ported by Lloyd Elliot here in Red Oak, Texas. A susburb of Dallas. I have to find my paperwork amongst my many thousands of receipts. I also have a flow chart where he flow tested them. But, I do recall they were milled to 68cc and a compression ratio of about 10:1 or 10.5:1. Something like that. I intended this to be a very streetable motor with good power though.

Re: LS 6.0 Iron Block

The flow info would be great. Was wondering about the compression because I've been toying with doing a boosted LSx, and your setup caught my eye. Some quality parts you have in this motor. I know where Red Oak is, I actually went to college at Northwood University there in Cedar Hill (I grew up not too far from Dallas).
