i have alittle bit of death of death wobble on my one ton. i have changed most of front end parts. the ball joints have a little bit of movement, are they difficult to change ?

Dana 60 is a kingpin front axle, so no ball joints.... unless you swaped out for late model Ford or Dodge front axle...

I'm in the process of going through my Dana 60. It's alot of pieces to get everything apart. Mine was from the desert and not rusted but since your in PA, it may be more difficult to get bolts loose. Soak everthind in WD-40 or similar a coulple times before trying to pull everything apart. A large impact would be extremely helpful... Alot of time people needed to weld a piece to the kingpin and beat the crap out of it to remove it. I was lucky and mine were in great shape....
