How can I get in contact with GMCPauls?
 

Does anyone know of a phone number or any way to talk to someone at GMCPauls. No phone number on the site. No way to PM on here (that I can find). No response to emails. I really need to get in contact with them asap. Any Ideas?

They are usually pretty prompt answering emails? and have great service. I am pretty sure they watch the forum because they were active in the door weather strip discussion. They (Danielle) told me that since they are zoned mail order warehouse only that they cannot have a phone contact number?

I don't think he has anyone answering the phone anyways. When he did have a phone he (or someone) answered it about half the time. Good guy to work with, but personally I like to be able to talk to someone.

I found that number in a really old thread while doing a search. Tried it several times yesterday and today. Just rings. Sorry, I forgot to mention that in the original post. I was just hoping someone might have a different one.

Yeah, Never had a problem with them. I dont want anyone to think Im trying to trash them or anything. I just need a tracking number on my order that I thought would be here by now.

I will email and direct him to this thread. There is always the possibility that your email is bouncing or such.

Jon a 3rd tracking notice email was sent to you a few minutes ago by Sky and she's replied to your email from last night with the tracking information in it also. When I checked with her on this this morning she said there was a email from you yesterday morning you sent us Thursday night asking for tracking info and she sent the tracking info yesterday and when she sent it the info showed it had been also emailed to you on Wed. afternoon also just before closing here so we have now sent 3 tracking notices on this 1 order. The parts are scheduled for delivery Mon. 10/29/12
Heres a copy from our shopping cart showing dates and times of entry that these tracking notices were sent.

Shipment tracking notification has been sent. 10/24/12 4:46pm
Shipment tracking notification has been sent. 10/26/12 11:14am

I'm guessing your email account must be treating us as spam so you might want to look in your spam / bulk email folder for these tracking notices. If you add our email address to your address book this should resolve the problem. All shipment notifications were sent to the hotmail email account on the order.

For some reason I only recieved the email from this morning. Anyway, I appreciate you sending it again for me. Like I said earlier, I hope people dont get the impression that I was angry with you guys. I have always been happy with your service and still am. Again thank you -Jonathan
