Plans include: ditch the 20s for some steelies, fix the problems that are keeping her from being road worthy, maybe a hot rod flatz paint job, put all chrome bumpers and stainless trim back on and drive the **** out of it!!!!!

Re: new from Louisiana 65 Chevy SWBFS
Welcome, we're not too far apart. I'm in Lacombe, LA. just west of Slidell. You're just up Hwy. 16, we should hook up and talk trucks. Check into joining the Louisiana Classic Truck Club

http://c10forum.com/forum/picture.ph...pictureid=9750 the first time i laid eyes on it http://c10forum.com/forum/picture.ph...pictureid=9754 the original owner of the truck thought it would be a good idea to just cut random holes in the truck...Jerry(original builder) said it was an older guy...so maybe it was altymers..dunno...im going to fix it for sure tho. http://c10forum.com/forum/picture.ph...pictureid=9751 this is what the power plant looked like when I got it http://c10forum.com/forum/picture.ph...pictureid=9752 this is what the rear suspension looked like when I got it (currently being redone by Poypeyes Rod Shop) http://c10forum.com/forum/picture.ph...pictureid=9756 I already picked up a BBW Cab and two new doors for it http://c10forum.com/forum/picture.ph...pictureid=9757 Im going to start a build thread and that is where i will start posting pics of progress |
