I'm making some progress with the body swap. I hope to have it back on the road in a week or two. I still have to finish bolting the bed down and working out a few bugs. So much fun

Re: From a 76 Chevy to an 87 GMC
I might end up re-painting the bed. It turned out a slightly different color and isnt quite as shiny. Might have been too much moisture in the air when I painted it.

Re: From a 76 Chevy to an 87 GMC
Thanks Frog! Did you have any problem getting the gauges to work? I'm having some trouble with mine. I think it might be a grounding problem. The fuel gauge needle moves way past full. I dont think any of the other gauges are working except for the clock. Lol. I hope to get those working on black friday.
