I have chopped 3 3/4" on my longhorn, top is also tilted foward to help straighten out the line at the drip rail,& the windsheild is layed back. I would reccomend picking up a copy of HOW TO CHOP TOPS,writen by Tex Smith. You will find several examples on the 67-72,& also several different methods. In my chop, the rear pillars were cut at mid line on the window,& the pillars were leaned in(pie cut in the bottom of the rear window corner,& cut in the top corners to spread the pillar). The front was a lot more work, pillars were cut off at the top,& about 2/3 of the way down,& there were a couple cuts made to tilt back & in. Lots of work , but if you are patient, you can do the job. I would also reccomend having a spare top ,& a set of door tops for pcs......if you dont want to lay the sheild back, you will need them. http://community.webshots.com/storag...7fEmjrQoTaQ_ph
