Dash beat to all get out

I've got a 92 k1500 little project truck. The dash is nearly falling on up by the windshield and is completely cracked in half through the whole thing! Lol what are some options? Really just worried about the very top because want to install new speakers

Having just dealt with this on my '92 c1500, go ahead and tap out on your current dashboard. Go to a salvage yard and find one that isn't busted to hell, color match it and install it in yours.
I tried to repair the one in mine at first and it would just crack more when doing anything. Couldn't even drill holes to stop the cracks without 20 more appearing. The plastic is that bad in our trucks.

That's a good idea. How much did you end up having to give for the salvage yard dash?

And if you don't find a dashboard for it locally, your can always put a layer of body-work fiberglass/resin over the top, cutout the holes once dry, and then pain it. Just like when doing body work. It's a lot of work and it takes time, but worth it (at least to me).

I pulled mine from the local PicknPull, $75.00 for everything minus electronics. The color matching paint was equally expensive (because paint shops where I'm at are a rip off), but I guess it was worth it as the paint came out great and matches the factory exactly...
