fuel sending unit question
 

i have a 51 chevy truck with the original gauges. i had the gauges rebuilt to a 12 volt setup. i am building an aluminum fuel cell but i am not sure exactly what type of sending unit to install in the fuel cell, anyone got an idea on what sending unit to use and also where to buy one thanks gary:chevy:

garyt, recently I needed a sending unit to match the 30 ohm original gas guage. I found one at ClassicParts.com. It is a universal unit # 23-522A.
