TPS problems on an 87 Chevy K10

Ok so I got in my truck today, left my road and shifted into 3rd, then the whole truck started bucking. I threw it into neutral (manual trans) and it stops, so I pull over and mess with the TB and everytime I would open it up it would act as if I was feathering it. Then I started messing with the TPS and nothing happened what so ever, also I had a extra TPS so I put that on and still nothing.

A little extra info, Its a Holly 670 CFM TBI, I already replaced all the vacuum lines, also I have replaced the EGR as well.

Thanks in advanced

Why are you messing with the tps? First check your ignition system out and then verify your fuel pressure.

Well I replaced the whole fuel pump assembly about 8 months ago. The problem is not it missfiring on idle it runs fine but when I move the tps no extra fuel is introduced in to the tb it runs as if its still idling.

My truck was just doing the same thing, and when I changed fuel filters it went away. I had changed them about 10 months back but I let one of my tanks get really low and it must have gotten plugged then. Hope that helps!
