1972 chevy Blazer Vin #'s
 

Anyone know where you can find additional vin information on a 72 blazer . This guys wants to sell me a 72 Blazer but it dont have the vin plate on the driverside door jam ... I would like to see if this title matches this blazer.

I found somewhere on the front of the frame, the last part of the vin.

But most of all, in my mind, if the vin tag has been tampered with, run, fast.

if there is no vin plate on the door jam, walk away!!! you have no way of proving what it is. the spid label in glove box has the vin and model number but if its a different door then thats out. does the title match the spid? also the oustide frame rail has partial vin under the drivers and pass door.
