th350 Trani kickdown cable? How much snap and movement should it have?

Hey guys I just installed my kickdown cable on my th350. It only moves about an inch and doesn't really have any 'snap back'

I know the linkage on the carb should force it back but I was just wondering how much snap and how much movement it should have when hooked to a carb?

Thanks!

The TH350 kickdown doesnt have much resistance....Compared to 700R4/2004R Throttle Valve system. 1" is about right....It only activates at WOT.
