what ever you do, don't buy headman headers for it....they are crap. ask me how I know.

And I agree with the Hedman Headers comment. I've had really good luck with my Doug Thorleys. Nice thick flanges.

it depends on the header itself. The headers off my 4x4 1984 k20 did NOT fit on my 2 wheel drive 1971 c20. They hit the motor mounts.. sorry i don't know the brand.
