Hi. I am very interested in a set of these, but have a couple of questions. I've got a stock '80 C10 swb and I'm ready to lower it. Is this all I need to lower the rear? I've not done this before, so I want to make sure I know what I'm getting into. Do you have any type of instruction walk thru for this process? Thanks for your help.

Hey Vince. Thanks for the interest in our brackets. These are really simple. The locating hole goes towards the front, the axle perches rest on top of the U opening of the brackets and you reuse your factory u bolts and mounting plates. Some run shorter shocks, most don't bother with it. Thanks, Fred.

There is never a dumb question. We used the front springs from Summit. If you don't drop the front it will set higher than the rear end. Thanks, Fred

I do not. They were Summit brand, i think they were 4 inch drop if i recall correctly. Thanks, Fred
