95 Chevy security system

My son has a 95 Chevy with a security system on it. Not sure if it is factory or aftermarket. Does anyone know how to eliminate this thing? I am tired of getting this truck truck towed 100 miles from college to get it fixed. Please help if you can. Thanks, Mike

After digging in, it is an AC Delco unit. Tried jumping the switch but nothing. Now when we hit the key the AC Delco box clicks. Has anybody messed with one of these units? would love to hear from you. Thanks, Mike

Could you call AC/Delco C/S and see if there's a master reset procedure or something?
