2000 k1500 front brakes on a 90

I was just at the local yard, and saw a 2000 K1500, it looked like the front brakes are beefier than the 90. They (2000) have larger calipers, didn't have a tape to see if rotors are bigger as well. Does anyone know if this is a workable swap? I may return with a tape, and write down some dimensions. I don't care if I need to change the spindle, just think the 90 brakes suck.

That's one of those things that make me go, "Hmmmnnn..." The rotors are the same. I'm not so sure you could swap the steering knuckle from the newer truck to the older truck. I think the 2000 truck may have used a rack while my old truck ('89) uses links.
