Spindle Question

Need a little help guys I have a set of spindles I got from a guy, Said they for a 71-75 C10 the numbers on them are 8989462 and 48968461 Casting numbers I think any way to tell if there the correct ones to change over to disc

there isnt drop spindles for 71-75. there are for 60-62,63-70,71/72 and 73-87.

your best bet is to go buy an upper ball joint from 71/72 and 73up and see which one fits.
