Not trying to be old fashioned.....but I am partial to a stock chassis.

Stock chassis only. Bagged, lowered, IFS installed, doesn't matter as long as it is with the stock frame!! .......Whatcha got??

I will start....mine in current form!!

'How much drop did ya do? '

4.5 front and 4 rear all on new OE spring packs, shackles etc. I actually want to go lower. They are 8 leave packs and may pull 2. The bad concious on my shoulder says bags , 4 link the rear , notch and tail drag some sparks around town. The good concious says keep it traditional and a static drop where its at.

OrrieG
I'm hoping to pull the body on mine next winter and really detail the chassis. Yours looks great.

Finances and my good conscious made my decision for me. Eventually I will have a truck (or Burb :-) ) of that stature.

I hope you don't take this as a criticism but I think your 'Burb looks fantastic just as it is. I wouldn't lower it any more.

You said you sent your axle to Sid's - is this photo with the drop installed or only the lowering springs?

I really like the wheels and tires. What is the name of that color blue? What is it from. I have always liked silvery blues.

99% of the 55-59 trucks are on the factory frame, it's just easier
