LongBed stepside parts
 

Well Im now knee deep into the longbed stepside beds. Over the summer I brought a 87 c20 with a longstep on it. Scraped the truck but saved the bed.

Ive decided to use on my 86 plow truck. The bed is soild but the fenders were shot along with the steps.

I have to buy the long steps and 87 style fenders with the door on the drivers side.

Does anyone know if there making the long step replacement parts yet? Im trying to find them with the fenders. I can get the fenders from LMC but I got nothing for steps.

They are for the earlier style fenders, but think the steps would be the same.

They are the eariler one's. I could make them work but would have to move the gas tank to the pass side and find an old style filler neck.

Not that I am afraid of the work, but here in NY with the rust and rot of everything along with the price of scrap, its really hard to find stuff.

My dad lives down by you in Denton. I was figuring that it might be time to pay him a visit and pick up some parts!

I don't think they reproduce the long bed steps because of low demand but I saw this on craigslist awhile back. From early December if you can't see the ad this is the number: 860-689-3443. Might still have them

Worth a call, I don't think I've seen long bed stepside parts on CL before
