This is how bad I suck!!!
For my first little project on my 67 truck I thought I would take off the cowl and clean out the drain holes. I suck so bad I couldn't even get off the windshield wiper arms. LOL. I am still confused on the other drains and where they are.

Don't forget to do your doors and front fenders too!!
|
Hmm, no pics, kinda hard to explain the cowl one, best thing you can do is run water in the cowl till it flows out nice on both sides. for the front fender and doors, look underneath them, you will see little slits, run water in that area and watch for the slits to run freely, pick out any crap that gets stuck as the water flows.
I also do a whole number to my truck at least once a year, basically flush it out where ever possible, for the bed I stick the hose up into the wheel wells through the opening, lots of crap gets in there, I do the same to the front fenders. If you do a good job it should take you 15 minutes. Rinse where ever possible. Ok I am done my preaching once again :p |
Got them Wiper arms off today!
Today is a good day. LOL
