front parking lights go off with headlights
 

I just repainted the interior of my truck and when I hooked up all the wiring the front amber parking lights go off when turn on the headlights. Everything else is normal. Its been 20 years since I drove the truck so I can't remember if that is the way it was. Its a 63 c10 but when I bought a radiator for it I had to return it for a pre april 63. (large hose connection top middle)

Thats the way its supposed to be. Ensure your turn signals still work with head lights on.

mine dont do that................but them I wired them to stay On...........looks better at night

Thanks for the info. I can stop trying to fix it. Looks like an easy upgrade
