How old are they? Does the chrome have any pitting? Is the rubber still pliable? Sorry for all the questions, just don't want any surprises. Thanks,

rubber is pliable. I believe them to be around 1-1 1/2 yrs old...the guy was gathering parts then abandoned the project.

The chrome has no pitting but it's not top quality chrome so there's some "scratching" on it. It honestly looks more like polished stainless than chrome...that's been on all the aftermarket assemblies I've ever seen in person. The only ones I've seen with show quality chrome were originals that were re-chromed and ran around 600 for a pair.

Note the inner piece around the actual glass reflecting purple. This looks like chrome while the rest looks like polished stainless. This is what all the aftermarket assemblies I have seen look like.
