73-87 chevy white gauges $20

Just installed some in a friends suburban and they look very nice, it is really bright at night to, try replacing the bulbs with colored ones, his are bright green :)

(from Josh: link removed as this is advertising, I traced your IP back to utah, you have the same ISP as durange designs, so either pony up some cash to be a paid advertiser or dont advertise.)

Tom 06-09-2003 06:39 PM

you trying to push our chevychic out?
Come on guys, get him!!!

j/k :)
But we do have a board member selling white faced overlays that look better IMO.

68 Stepside 06-09-2003 06:48 PM

Here are a few threads on the "quality" (can I use that term about these?) of these gauge overlays. Thought ya'll might want to see these.

ohh, chevychic ehhh? never would do that :) I seen them but didn't like the style, plus I would have to print them on paper or something.

68 Stepside 06-09-2003 06:52 PM

PS--I think Heathers overlays look awesome! I wish I had a 73-87 to put them on.

:D

You would have to print them on paper or something? Eh? Did I miss something?

Yep that's me :D

How is it that you would have to print them out on paper? I think I must've missed something too.

Did you come on the board just to advertise your product or do you plan on sticking around for awhile? Because to be honest, people here don't really take kindly to that...beings you only have 7 posts and all.

Oh, and I saw your almost identical post over on the 67-72 board selling gauges for that year so it suspiciously seems like that's the only reason you're here.

BUT...I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt...

So if you're going to stick around, let me be the first to say welcome. :flag:

Thanks Josh.

This is the same guy who tried this crap over at Chevytalk.

Yep, more than once. I don't care how good (or bad) his stuff is. He tries to trick people into buying his product, and so is dishonest. I won't deal with a dishonest business. A good product will sell itself without having to resort to trickery.

Heather: I think he is insulting your overlays, and trying to imply that they are made out of paper. Dishonest, and tries to mislead people about the competition...

It does seem that way doesn't it? That's not very nice http://216.40.249.192/s/otn/angry/nono.gif

I think this same person has posted in the past under a different user name, "smad", trying to sell his gauges.

apstguy 06-10-2003 02:22 AM

Yeah. How about Tar & Feathering him? Sounds like fun . . .

I'll stay with Heather thank you! Her's look AWESOME and all the rest are crap. Not to mention free "tech" support!

Prerunner1982 06-10-2003 04:15 AM

i will agree with the rest of them, Heather has been around alot longer than this guy and i have been around long enough to know how he works. more worried about making a buck than being honest. typical bad business. i do know that he will get NO business from this site or CT. no use in trying man. shes got ya beat. how does it feel to be beat out by a girl? :D thats alright shes a better person anyways. myself as well as anyone else on these boards will support her and push her product. obviously we arent the only ones that dont like your product if you have to do all this to get business.

is there any way to ban his IP from posting? take care of the problem once and for all. hopefully nobody else gets taken by this loser.

Hey y'all, dropping in from the 67 - 72 pages of the board.
Heather, where can I see these overlays I keep hearing about that you made?
Oh, this cat has posted on THIS page of the 67 - 72 side of the house, and it turns out he is posting the same message on yet another board owned and ran by a vendor...Wes
I say we wave a magic wand over his IP addy.

bigblock73 06-10-2003 11:05 PM

I remember this clown from the "other" site as well...he got an ass chewin from Mike when he was mod...now THAT was funny as hell! :)

The overlays look nice, but like others said, how can you do business with such a dis-honest person?

Heather, your overlays look very nice...good job and good luck selling them.

...Jeff

Ok, I think this guy has gotten the point, and shouldn't be showing his face around here anymore. If he does, we will take care of it. So I am gonna now lock this thread. :)
