throttle linkage in TF with a 250

guys what did you use for your throttle linkage in your 55-59 1/2 T with a 250 six? This truck is running a 3spd manual with column linkage. thanks!

Do you have any of the factory throttle rods, bellcrank or pedal assembly? Are you missing pieces or are you wanting an aftermarket or used cable set up?

I took my linkage( from my 235) - the pivot L and turned it up side down - and bolted it to the bolt hole that holds the original clutch pivot bracket to the block( on the 250) - will be two bolt bosses . I cut off the accelerator rod that comes from the Gas pedal to the L pivot . Bout 4 inches - works like a charm and even looks factory. This is in my 1951 3800 pickup - but it should be close -are you using the late bellhousing - and new mounts or the early V 8 bellhousing that sits on the cross member?? give me a Phone number / e mail and I can send you a picture.
