New Suspension Installed and I have an issue...

1 Attachment(s)
I have recently put the CPP Tubular Cross-arms, 3" coils and disc brakes on the front of my 64. The spindles are the stock height. Issue I am running into is the bump-stop is half an inch from the spring pocket. Any thoughts? Cut it, remove it, get a pancake stop....

Any help is appreciated.

I would just cut down the CPP bumpstop.

Yep, when I had 3" springs with stock arms, I was about 3/4" away without bump stops. IMHO, 3" springs are too low. I swapped to 1" springs and 2" dropped spindles and it rode SOOOO much better.

I agree /\ /\ /\

Dropped spindles and maybe a stock or 1" spring would have been a better choice, IMO

Hindsight... I bought the springs well before I had decided to do brakes and spindles. It's all installed now, can't do much with them.
