Hmmm.... sounds like he don't want to take it out if you ask me. Besides, he needs more pics to show what it looks like. Wonder what he plans on doing for a dash?

You see some weird stuff on ebay, but I think this is a first for me too.

LOL, looks like my dash :D

old Rusty C10 06-11-2003 08:47 PM

wonder what hes doin witht he rest of the truck!!!

87 STEPPER 06-11-2003 08:56 PM

What a moron,

Id come over and remove it and when i get to the part of unhooking thing's like the a/c hose's and cable's and all the electrical connections id use a pair of dyke's:D :D then tell the guy i saved myself a 150 bux doing it myself!

gldevall 06-11-2003 10:43 PM

Does that mean he is selling it for whatever the winning bid is? He never did state a price for what he wants for it. Looks like the guy won it for $5.00. Not bad for about 15 minutes of work.

Maybe the buyer should change his name from Bent-lo to Bend-Over? :D But I guess if came over to this guy's house and removed it himself like at U-pull-it, this would be a bargain! Then again for the total cost of under $200 for all the dash components it would be about right.

Heck of a deal for the guy that won it (assuming he's close to the seller)!

I hate to think what he would charge if you bought the tranny and he had to pull it. Maybe your first born?

This kind of auction is technically "fee avoidance" in EBay's mind. If they'd found it, they would have cancelled it.

They specifically forbid excessive shipping charges.

Brian

P.S. I agree though. I could take an instrument cluster out with my sawzall and the guy would be paying ME $150 not to!

Read this again: He wants $150 to remove then another $175 to ship plus the cost of shipping!! This guy is smoking some great stuff!!!!
