Scott's Super Slam

Ordered the Scott's Super Slam from Justin yesterday. It'll be done for me to pick it up next Saturday with all the 14" Wilwood brakes, front and rear, too. That is service my friend:metal:

Long story... I'll leave it that.

Justin from Scott's called me last night and said the Super Slam would be finished Friday and Wilwood would have the brakes there too. Can't say enough about Scott's Street Rods (Justin) service...second to none :metal:

You would have to call Justin at Scott's 805-485-0382 to get the price. I bought some other stuff and he gave me a package deal. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I've ordered from Justin and it is always smooth and quick.

Air bag angle looks a little funny. What does it look like compressed?

The bases are parallel when compressed. In the pic it's higher than ride height.

This ride is going to be quite the contrast to your other truck. SHR puts those things together before they ship, so no surprises when you get it. Really is nice to get your parts quick too.

I've had both front ends in my possesion in the same week and the Scott's is so superior it's redicoulous .

I also picked up front and rear Wilwood brakes in 14" from Justin. Big difference in quality when you go to the next level.

I know what you mean. I had a horrible experience with Performance Online. I fell for the cheap price and bought a big brake kit from them. Turns out that the spindles had the wrong taper drilled in them and they wouldn't fit. To make a long story short, they wouldn't take them back because more thirty days had elapsed before I figured this out. They hid behind their fine print and wouldn't fix it even though it was their mistake.

Anyone who thinks they are getting the best parts at a below market price, from a company that can stand behind them is fooling themselves.

Live and learn. :chevy:
