I emailed the guy and he wants litteraly $1000 for them. I told him no way and 200 is the best he can hope for never seen someone off the cart like this before!

I think your a little " off the cart" if you think you can get recovered seats and brackets for 200.00 or less. These days good cores go in the 200.00 range.

Hmm maybe so. But 1grand is silly I would t ever pay over 500 for factory seats in anything. I haven't seen these seats sell usually cause normally if someone has them they keep them lol.

I'm not defending his asking price, because I do think its high. Just saying what cores cost, combined with a quality recover and your going to spend close to that. Even more if you try to use OEM materials and replace the foam.

Yah I know. But if I did that it would be just as expensive almost but if I sold mine I wouldn't expect to make all my money back let alone a profit on something that is basicly out of a 1/50 truck lol. I say in some at a car lot today and honestly didnt like the feel of the seats.

Guess saving up for ctsv seats will be the goal :metal:

Agreed my hibacks cost
$200 purchase
$235 repop covers
$400 foam repair and cover install
$150 to ship IIRC

And you can find blazer low backs all the time, the truck brackets would be the find
