98 air bagged, help!!
 

Hey am new to this site, i have a 98 gmc1500 that i have 4linked and now getting ready to install air bag system,

Just woundering if someone has a pics off there system done and what needed to do to front if anything, thanks

Depending on which bags you have, You have to cut out some of the spring pocket and relocate the shocks. Basically just replacing the springs with bags and relocating the shocks. On a 28.5” tall tire (stock 235/75/15), this will lay the inner fenders on the tire. After that, what all has to be done, will depend on tire height and how low you want to go.

Also, you may need to notch the frame for the tie rods.

This laid out with a 27" tire/wheel diameter & you can see the inner fenders are gone & the inner panel of the actual fender was cut to clear the tire.

Like dragginmetal said it really depends on how low you want to go on what size wheel/tire combo.
