Heads Up On 81-87 Cab Corner Trim
FYI:
Here is a heads up for you guys looking for 81-87 cab corner trim pieces. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33654 |
Tempting but looking for some in a little bit better condition. Thanks for the heads up !
|
I'm sure they could be polished up, and repainted cheap. The bid is only $1. Those things are $$ in the resto catalogs. I just might bid on them for the heck of it...
|
They just look a little tarnished in spots, no major dents, and with some aluma-brite and some polishing, a bit of yellow & black enamel paint, they should look presentable, good for resale at a high price. :D

Damn, I wish I would have known people were looking for these pieces. I just junked original full cab trim in perfect shape - no dents, scuffs, or paint fading. The only emblems on the 86 I'm rebuilding will be a bowtie on the grille. You can get these from www.classicindustries.com for a decent price. I've ordered quite a few pieces from them. Very good quality!

Well I went ahead and bid on them. ( not much) . Might be able to clean the driver side one up. Yall feel free to out bid me. I'm getting a referral bonus check soon and might just buy one new if these don't work out and Tommy can't find a decent one.
