Other sources for parts?

So I often frequent the parts section here - scour ebay and craigslist (will only buy locally on craigslist) - wander into junk yards - any other sources folks have for obtaining OEM parts? looking for a stepside fender without the spare relief for the driver's side of a 64 - but this would apply to other parts I may need along the way. I'm to the point of looking at aftermarket for the fender in which case I'm probably better off getting left and right. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

There is a place in Kansas City called 4-5-6 Chevy Trucks owned by a nice guy named Tony. I have gotten a number of items from him. He basically has bought 64-66 trucks over the years and parts them out. Has a big inventory. PM me if you need contact info.

No - that's a good idea. I should throw that out there.

Include a picture, they say the ad's retain more interest if there's something to look at.

also i don't know if you know that the fenders from 55-65 on stepsides are the same so you might broaden your search

Re: Other sources for parts?

Yeah - I've definitely been searching the entire range - it's super tough here on the east coast to find good quality parts - I've stumbled across some others on the west coast on craigslist but don't dare to pull the trigger - if it were on ebay or put up by a forum member I wouldn't give it a second thought. Keeping my eyes peeled in the mean-time.
