bose radio help?
 

I just bought an 03 silverado with the bose stereo in it. The Po stuck the factory head unit in it to sell it so when I got it it was locked, so I opted to put a new head unit with the wiring harness to use the factory amp when I get it all put together none of the door speakers work the chimes are real faint even with the adjustment all the way up does anybody know what is causing this
