Those rims will accept the 67-68 "clip type" hubcap with the 7 5/8" back opening.

6 lug 16.5" wheels? Hmm. I only thought they came in 8 lug. What would these go on? K10 optional wheel?

These style 16.5" wheels were offered by the aftermarket starting in the mid 60's.Available in 5 lug 6 lug and 8 lug for all popular makes. 16.5" wheels became optional from GM starting in '67. Most buyers were camper owners who needed more stability and 4X4 owners.

I would pick these up if only I could get another pair. Look like a nice pair though.

Ah, thanks, that makes sense. Seems kinda funny in hindsight - most fols try to bail on their 16.5s these days just to have a better tire selection. But there are still good 16.5 tires available. Interesting. Would look good on a K10 I think.

If only tires to fit them were still easy (and reasonably priced!) to find. :(

I run this size on one of my trucks and so far have been surviving on junkyard tires when I get lucky but the switch to 16's is coming...
