68 front swap on 70 c10

I'm wanting to swap the front of my 70 c10 to the 68. What all do I need to do this? Fenders, hood, grill components, radiator support?

Check out LMC Truck website you can use their online catalog to find out what is all different between the years. 67 has different fenders so you would want to order the 68 fenders but the rest of the 67-68 parts are the same.

Right so to swap the front end on my 70 I would need the fenders the grill and the radiator support?

The 67-68 headlight buckets, trim rings and bezels are different, you will also need the 67-68 parking light housings.
