Re: driveshaft legnth?
What did you do to your truck?
Moving the transmission effects the front shaft. Moving the suspension effects the rear shaft. Coil trucks don't have as big of a problem as leaf trucks when it comes to the driveshaft changing length with suspension droop and compression. Posted via Mobile Device |
Re: driveshaft legnth?
out of three that i lowered only one did i have a problem// i got away with just trimming 1/2-3/4 inch off the front yoke so it would not bottom out in the tranny

Re: driveshaft legnth?
5" drop coils on.the back with the adjustable trac bar. PO lowered the front by heating the fronts ( to much) c downs. You just trimmed the yoke? Wouldnt the shaft need trimming?

Ill assume your shaft was correct before lowering, the rear shaft needs to be shortened. Posted via Mobile Device |
