They are both complete with all parts in place and everytning moves freely. I would clean & kit them, but no damage or rust. $75 shipped.

I've got one in very nice condition, with lots of original color. Its been sitting on the shelve for about 2 years. It will need a rebuild. Price is $95.00 including shipping.
