Dust Shield - Spindle Help

2 Attachment(s)
Just starting to put my front end back together and ran into an possible issue - the dust shield is hitting the lower arm.

It has stock cross member, spindles & arms, but it's now bagged. I took tons of pictures before I took things apart, but their all either before I removed the wheels or after the front brakes were removed and I'm not sure if I've done something wrong. I don't know/remember how close the dust shields were to the arms before.

I'm not sure if I have something wrong or if they'll be ok like this. I've also read that lots of people run without the shields. Do I have something wrong...Am I ok...or should I toss the shields???

Pics are of the passenger side.

Thanks - Matt

I think you have them on the wrong sides.
Your passenger dust shield looks like it goes on the drivers side.
That "window" in the dust shield goes on the bottom.
