What trailing arms are you running.
 
I am wondering what trailing arms everybody running on their truck? I am building one for street an some strip time. What are you running or what did you do to the factory trailing arms?

I have been running factory arms with the seams welded and some small plates on the ends.

Porterbuilt, his thickest ones. They have full length reinforcements on the top side to eliminate any chance of flex at the bend. Kind of a bolt in ladder bar now.

I forgot to add the picture of how the stock one's hold up, this set has been doing this since 1980.

I bought a set from a local roundy round guy. Came from stockcar products and are a thicker material with the ball ends in the front. $100 for the pair.

I'm running the stock trailing arms that are welded at the seems and plated top and bottom with cpp plate kit. The front bushings have been replaced with hotchkis Swivel Max Bushing Upgrade.

Skip welded the seams down the length of the arm and around the back and then welded some dimpled plate to the outside...poly bushings for the time being.

I'm running these. Its a little hard to tell from the pics, but they are square tubing instead of the two pieces put together. Fit great, and I'm really impressed so far,
