Hi everybody! New here with some questions

Hi I've been reading this sight for a couple of years and now I need some help on my 64 lwb. She is getting swapped tomorrow from the old tired 6cyl/ powerglide to a newer 350/th350. Now here is the question is the motor/ trans mounts the same from 6 to 8.? I have both sets off both motors but any info would be great thanks and GOD bless.

No , you need small block mounts so need to hit a boneyard and get ones off a truck from 63 to 72.

I have some off the 78 350 im putting in... that wont work???

Do i need the rubber mounts or the metal purch or both off the 64-72..
