3/4 length headers from 88-98 truck. Will they fit??

I found a cheap set of stainless steel headers 3/4 length for a 88-98 chevy 350 truck, i think w/o the egr port, can't see in pic (could cut off if it had it). Anyone see any reason why these wouldn't fit a 350 4x4??

exhaust after headers would be custom ofcourse, not stock exhaust.
