396 out of my 68 truck.
I'm selling my 396 out of my 68 gmc Burb. It was a running motor and ran well. It has been stripped down and professionally cleaned and hot tanked. Machine shop said it had a little wear in the cylinder walls. .005 wear measurement is what they said. Heads and block are late 68 castings.
I'm going with a 454 in the truck that a friend of mine already has built. $600 obo. I'm in Pensacola fl 32571 if anyone wants to check in shipping but that's going to be hard. Yes. We took it apart to clean it up and put new rings and bearings in it.
