That is strange. Looks factory, but I would bet that it was custom built.

Cool! I never thought of that before. GM's medium duty trucks use Van cut-aways for cabs,so the MD clip would line up. I'm truck oriented and only thought above the shame it is they stopped using truck cabs

I told the wife that we should sell her minivan and step up to a fullsize one. I don't think she'll go for one like this.
