Saying goodbye to my 62.
I wanted to say goodbye to the great people on the 60-66 forum.i'm not going to far but i'll be moving to the 73-87 forum.i purchased a very nicely restored 76 jimmy 3/4t 4x4. so my 62 is going on craigslist and maybe to e-bay after that.i needed a truck to haul rock and top soil to do more landscaping and i would never use the 62 for that,so anyways i have gained a wealth of information here from a bunch of great people.

i took some quick pictures between snow showers today i'll post. This truck was raffled off last fall by one of our non profit automotive tech schools and everything was donated for the cause. the body was done by a very professional body shop in town, brand new wheels and tires, both diffs resealed, brakes and a restored interior along with line x in the box and a new tool box so actually it's a pretty nice ride. kent. |
Re: Saying goodbye to my 62.
keep the 62 for a sunday driver and the square body to beet up. but like everybody said you don't have to have one of these trucks to visit the site
