4x4 conversion questions

i have a 2wd dually that i took the rear end out of and ive been thinking about making it a single wheel 4x4. the reason for it is cause i have a single wheel long bed and i know where theres some good deals on dana 60s. my questions are do they make all the peices to do this conversion and how hard is it?

Im sure the parts are out there...Many people put straight axles in things that never should have had one so the chevy should do-able....
