what width trim rings do i need?

So i have stock rally wheels from an 84 c10. One is a 15x6.5 and one is 15x8 and needing to buy some trim rings and wondering if they take a different width. Because i see 2" or 3"????? Thanks

I bought the 1 5/8th width trim rings for mine. The larger 3in wont fit the 6.5in rims.

Ya i think im going to reuse the two fronts but, but still need 2 for the 15x8s. 2" or 3"?

There is also a depth difference. Some rings aren't as "deep". It changes the look of the wheel.
