A/C Vacuum Hoses
 

I am reassembling my 77 SWB and can not remember where the vacuum lines go from the control box in the dash. The lines are as follows;

Solid black
Black/orange
Black/blue
Black/gray
Black/yellow

Any help would greatly appreciated,
