Yes it is, but not a CST. The CST has a embossed pattern around the edges like in the picture below. I took mine apart and scrubbed it with Dawn dish detergent. I acid bathed the rails. Then primed and painted them. The arm rests were so bad and the ash trays were full of cigarette butts, ashes, gum and crud since 1972, they couldn't be cleaned. So I left them off and mounted the back seat back in without the arm rests!
