First ? yes second ? no. the part numbers are different. (c) blazer is two wheel drive, (k) blazer is 4 wheel drive. 307 is two barrel 350 is four barrel. I think it has to do in engine placement on frame , 4x4 being closer to the cab where there is a big fan shroud compared to two drive with a smaller shroud like in a two wheel truck closer to radiator .Thanks Dave
