Reproduction Wiper Transmissions
 

I have now had to warrantee my second set of windshield wiper transmissions. (I have only sold 2 sets!) The spline cups fly off the transmission when the wipers are being used. I have deduced that the center shaft that is peened over the spline cup is to soft to do the job. I believe there is only one manufacturer of these, so the supplier does not matter.

My question is: How many other people have experienced this with the reproductions? I want to get a thread going to show the supplier that this is a recurring problem. I will no longer be selling these because they are complete junk in my opinion. At least if you actualy are going to use your wipers. WES
